Granted, this is not a 1.1 version of OpenSSL, but if you're not familiar with LibreSSL it is a drop-in replacement for OpenSSL 1.0.x and I think is easier to work with from a compilation standpoint, because it relies on CMake.īuilding for macOS would not necessarily require a toolchain file.
