There are great many recipes mainly traditional Marathi recipes and a few recipes from other States of. Ruchira Videshini, cooking through Ruchira cookbook. My copy of the book is as old as my marriage, almost 13 years! Over the years, this heavily used book has picked up stains of turmeric, chilli powder, oil even some pages are coming off.
Whenever I'm planning on cooking some traditional Maharashtrian recipe, I just go over to the bookshelf & pick up 'Ruchira' automatically.
